Throwback Thursday French Yoga Style



Yoga isn't new! 

Actually it's so old that it's older than old.  Yoga is, in fact, one of the oldest means for stress management. Feeling wound up at work? Take a minute and calm down with lion face pose. Worked up about all you've got going on? Take 5 soothing breaths in lotus. Fired up about that mid-day traffic? Hop out of you car for a quick handstand.
