Introducing Our Yoga Pose of the Week Series!

We're excited to be working with Brit Ford, yoga instructor extraordinaire, to bring you a new "How to" video for a different yoga pose each week! The YTT Team has been wanting to do something like this for a while now, and we've found our perfect teacher! If you're new to yoga, just getting the hang of it, a long-time practitioner, or even teacher, check back each Friday when Brit breaks down each asana and gives several modifications to choose from. Make the pose fit your body, don't make your body fit the pose!

Hi! My name is Brit Ford! I am a yoga instructor and holistic health coach. I love to practice and teach yoga, I'm a health foodie, and I'm addicted to sunshine and fresh air. I'm so excited to be teaming up with Yoga Travel Tree to present a yoga pose of the week!

We will post videos and pictures each week of a new yoga pose! The pose will be posted on Yoga Travel Tree and on Brit Ford Yoga!
